Itinéraire de Tilicho
Day 1
Pick-up from Kathmandu International Airport and transfer to hotel. Visit to the tourist and commercial district of Thamel. First immersion in the city's many gems.
Day 2
Free day to visit Kathmandu and its valley. Final preparations for the trek.
Day 3
Transfer Kathmandu-Besi Sahar by bus then Besi Sahar-Syange(1110m) by private jeep or Kathmandu-Syange directly by private jeep (7 to 10h journey)
Day 4
Syange-Dharapani.1860m (5 to 6 hours walking)
Day 5
Dharapani-Chame.2670m (6 to 7 hours walking)
Day 6
Chame-Pisang.3294m (5 to 6 hours walking)
Day 7
Pisang-Manang.3540m (5 to 6h walk). Possibility of taking the high road through the splendid villages of Gyaru/Nawal (7 to 8h walk).
Day 8
Acclimatization day at Manang. Possibility of climbing to the base of the Ganggapurna glacier and its turquoise lake, from where the panorama is magnificent, or to the icy lake on the other side of the valley.

Manang-Yak Kharka.4025m (4-5h walk)

Manang-Yak Kharka.4025m (4-5h walk)
Day 11
Ascent to Tilicho lake (4920m) in a dream setting and descent to Siri Kharka (6 to 7h walk).
Day 12
Siri Kharka-Yak Kharka.4018m (4-5h walk)
Day 13
Yak Kharka-Thorung Phedi.4450m (3h30 to 4h30 walk)
Day 14
Thorung Phedi-Muktinath.3800m via the famous Thorung La.5416m pass (8 to 9h hike)
Day 15
Bus transfer from Muktinath to Tatopani.1190m (6 to 7h journey). Late afternoon relaxation in the hot springs.
Day 16
Tatopani-Ghorepani.2860m (7 to 8h walk)
Day 17
1-hour night hike to Poon Hill (3193m) to watch the sunrise over the Annapurnas, Dhaulagiri and Macchapuchare. Return to Ghorepani for breakfast and trek to Hile.1430m (6 to 7h walk).
Day 18
Hile-Nayapul.1070m (2h30 to 3h30 walk) then transfer by cab to Pokhara (approx. 1h15 journey).
Day 19
Day at leisure around Lake Phewa in Pokhara. Option to take a cab up to the village of Sarangkot at 1592m to watch the sunrise over Pokhara and its valley and the entire Annapurna massif.
Day 20
Transfer Pokhara-Kathmandu by plane, bus or private car, then visit and stroll around Kathmandu to discover its temples and squares from another time.
Day 21
Transfer to the airport and departure.
